ATLANTA, July 1, 2008 -- Scott Voigt has been promoted from director to vice president of product marketing for Silverpop, a premier email service provider delivering a marketing suite of on-demand tools to enterprise-level companies around the world.

Since joining Silverpop three years ago, Voigt has built and managed the product marketing group, which he founded. From competitive analysis to gathering customer feedback for product development and company positioning, Voigt's team provides insights and support for decisions regarding product development and positioning.

Prior to Silverpop, Voigt served as COO at Innuvo LLC, a developer of Web 2.0 development tools. Also, he was a member of Noro-Moseley Partners, the Southeast's oldest and largest venture capital firm, where he evaluated investment opportunities and helped portfolio companies define their strategic product direction. Voigt has also served in sales and strategic marketing roles at nFront, a pioneer of Internet banking solutions.
