JupiterResearch's report, titled "Email Marketing Buyers Guide," is the result of an in-depth evaluation process covering 28 vendors in the email service provider industry. The report evaluated everything from market stability and revenue growth to services, features, ease of use and integration. JupiterResearch's evaluation also included detailed interviews with clients of each vendor.
